NEIL ROBERTS

(Associate Logistics Director)

Neil, a former Royal Engineer with over 20 years in security and logistics, ensures efficient procurement and maintains the fleet at Black Onyx Facilities.

His experience includes senior management roles and operations in Bosnia, Iraq, and other challenging environments.

STEVE MATTHEWS

(Associate Director International Contracts)

Steve has 22 years of military and private security experience, with extensive operational management in the UK, Middle East, and North Africa.

He is responsible for our specialist contracts, including Oil, Gas, and Diplomatic Embassies, maintaining operational excellence.

STEFAN NORTHFIELD

(Senior Associate Director / General Manager)

Stefan has over 20 years of experience in the Royal Marines and private security industry, including operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

At Black Onyx Facilities, he oversees all operational and strategic activities, ensuring best practices and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

PAUL CLEWS

Paul spent 30 years as a Career Detective before joining the security industry 7 years ago.

His strategic delivery expertise led him to oversee high-profile infrastructure projects. Since 2023, he has been a Strategic Advisor at Black Onyx Facilities, leveraging his extensive experience.
